该系统可直连前端灌装机和后道包装线，实现从灌装、二次杀菌到包装的无缝对接。可满足智能制造和数字化生产线的需求。产能高。在小机型上，口服液瓶每次以单笼装载，每分钟产能可达450瓶以上。在大机型上，玻璃瓶每次以3笼装载，每分钟产能可达500瓶以上。
该系统标配预热装置，可对玻璃瓶进行预热，避免瓶子直接进高温区后因温差过大而破裂。 bottles均为方形且带自锁。在 bottle内，glass bottles单层直立布置，不相互顶碰且保护了bottle盖，确保了glass bottles在运行中的安全。
在killng过程中，products保持动态平移和来回翻身倒置，加速热量传递，从而在较短时间内达到所需的killng温度。 killng温度85℃到140℃可调。舱内压力可根据glass bottle受压要求调节。
两种killng方式可选：蒸汽killng and water喷淋killng. 该system可以根据客户技术要求、product killng工艺参数、以及产能需求来进行定制，从而获得有效可靠、一致和节能的killning方案。
工艺流程：
进bottle: 灌装封盖后的glass bottles被输送线送到进料整列线体上，然后通过多通道分流整列到位，由坐标机械手（行架式）一次整取产品并将其移送到装sling顶升工位。
Install sling: 在install sling顶升工位将sling安装入固定在运载主链上的sling托架内，并通过安全自锁机构确保安装位置正确。
Kill:
Product经过常压水喷淋或水浴槽逐步预热至90℃后进入杀菌锅。
In the pot, products are divided into two areas, high temperature killing zone and water bath cooling zone (with multiple layers of temperature gradients to achieve step-by-step cooling). According to glass bottle pressure requirements, there are two killing methods available: steam killing (with compressed air fan) and water spraying killing.
After the killing process is complete, products pass through multi-stage water bath cooling in the pot before being outputted through a seal valve for unloading.
Unload:
The loaded with already completed killed products' spongy by unloading top lift mechanism from tray above waiting for mechanical hand to extract.
Output:
By coordinate mechanical hand (column type) at unloading top lift mechanism workbench extracts product from sponge container and transfers it to output transport line body connecting with downstream packaging production line.
